      Introduction:NZTA - New Zealand Talent Alliance is a high-quality service organization that aims to improve the cultural education and quality education of international students in New Zealand, and increase the employment rate of international students. It is committed to providing international students with comfortable life services, High-quality curriculum guidance and professional employment guidelines allow international students to adapt to the new environment as soon as possible, enrich their knowledge, successfully graduate, and get a smooth job. NZTA is headquartered in Auckland and currently serves cities in Auckland, Wellington, Hamilton, North Parc, Christchurch, Dunedin and other cities where the National University of New Zealand is located.
      Purpose: NZTA hopes to be a close friend of international students, so that students can better adapt to the new environment in New Zealand; also hope to be a good teacher for international students, so that students can realize their own value in New Zealand; also hope to be a life guide for international students, so that students can enhance their integration Quality, become a person with great love, great virtue and great feelings.

Main Development Strategy: 

        Connecting China and New Zealand, accumulating successful cases, and aiming to become the most professional camp education in New Zealand. Specific starting from the following points: 

       ●Resources: Actively expand local campsites in New Zealand, strengthen the construction and upgrade of NZTA campsites, and cooperate with advantageous resources. 
       ●Tutors: Expand the camp's tutor resources, and at the same time establish its own tutor resources. 
       ●Personnel: Recruiting team members with the same goals, including sales, copywriting, etc., requires pre-training and regular communication.

Service Content: 

      ●NZTA cooperates with the New Zealand Red Cross, UNICEF, New Zealand Ministry of Environmental Conservation, Edmund Hillary Foundation and other charity organizations to allow international students to learn skills and participate in charity activities.

      ●NZTA enables international students to understand and learn New Zealand’s local cultural knowledge through experiential teaching and contact with relevant personnel, broaden their horizons, and integrate into local life. 
      ●NZTA cooperates with the Hilary Outdoor Education Center, Sonshine Ranch Equestrian Sports Camp and other New Zealand local outdoor education institutions to provide international students with an opportunity to participate in local outdoor sports education, so that international students can exercise in outdoor education.  

      Charity activities and outdoor sports are part of New Zealand's local culture. Students here have been exposed to such off-campus activities from an early age to exercise themselves. International students actively participate in these activities, which can not only cultivate their own quality and ability, exercise their body, but also gradually enter the local cultural circle, make local friends, exercise their language skills, and expand their international thinking.
